Anti Reflective Glass
Anti-reflective glass, also known as AR glass, is a coating glass with high light transmission. We use magnetron sputtering to form an anti-reflection coating on a single surface or two surfaces of ultra-clear glass, which significantly reduces the reflectivity of the glass surface. As a result, a peak of maximum transmission can reach 99%, and the surface reflected light would drop from 8% to below 1%, achieving high light transmission, low reflection, and accurate color reproduction.

Provides a clear image by preventing reflection and glare. This coating provides visual comfort in screen and monitor use.
Visual clarity
Provides visibility of details by increasing image quality. This helps to see works clearly, especially in museums and exhibition areas.
Aesthetic appearance
It is especially preferred in works of art and showcases. Anti-reflective glass offers aesthetics and functionality together.

Areas of Use of Anti-Reflective Glass
Screens and monitor glasses
Used on computer screens, televisions and other monitors, it reduces glare and provides a clear image.
Exhibition and museum glasses
Preferred in museums and exhibition areas for clear and glare-free display of works.
Framing and photo glasses
Used in framing photographs and works of art, it provides clarity.
AR Glass Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process of Anti-Reflective (AR) Glass involves sophisticated techniques and advanced technology to produce glass with exceptional optical properties. Here’s a step-by-step overview of how AR Glass is made, highlighting the precision and innovation behind each phase.
Coating
This is the core step in AR glass production. Through vacuum coating technology, multiple layers of anti-reflective coatings are deposited on the glass surface. The coating materials usually include silicon dioxide (SiO2), titanium dioxide (TiO2), etc. These materials have different refractive indices, and by precisely controlling the thickness and order of the coatings, reflection reduction is achieved.
Cleaning
The finished glass cover needs to undergo thorough cleaning before coating to remove dust, grease, and other impurities. This step usually employs ultrasonic cleaning methods.
Curing
After coating, the layers need to be cured to enhance adhesion and durability. Curing is usually done in a high-temperature furnace, with the temperature and time adjusted according to the coating materials and thickness.
Inspection
After curing, the AR glass undergoes comprehensive quality inspection, including light transmission, reflection, coating uniformity, and other indicators, to ensure each piece meets design requirements.
Packaging
The finished AR glass is cleaned and dried, then packaged in a dust-proof manner to ensure it remains uncontaminated and undamaged during transportation and storage.
