Clear Float Glass is a type of flat glass that is produced by floating molten glass on a bath of molten metal (typically tin) to achieve an even and consistent thickness, and flat surface. In the manufacturing process of float glass, raw materials are melted to create a continuous sheet of hot glass, which is then gradually cooled under controlled conditions to ensure an even distribution of stress in the annealed glass. This optimized annealing process facilitates easy cutting of the float glass during subsequent processing stages. With its excellent light transmittance, Clear Float Glass offers a clear and undistorted view, allowing you to connect with the natural surroundings while also providing protection from external elements.

The glass is widely used in architectural, interior and various glass processing such as windshield, mirrors, Acid etched glass, tempering, laminate, DGU and so on.
