Products Description
Low E (low emissivity) glass TEK Series is the best option for applications requiring control of anti-condensation and good thermal performance. This glass can be used in temperatures ranging from + 7 °C to -25 °C. There are 5 versions of the product: TEK 10, TEK 15, TEK 35, TEK 70 and TEK 250 (the numbers represent the square resistance of coating).
Likeway TEK series glass is online hard Low E glass. The coating is applied on a substrate of clear float glass in the tin bath by a pyrolytic process called online CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) method. The online hard coating has stable chemical and mechanical performance with high light transmission, high durability and easy processing. Its emissivity reduce to E=0.17, while which of ordinary clear glass is E=0.84. It is an efficient energy saving material due to its high performance in heat isolation.
Characteristic
Easy to be further processed for washing, thermal bending, tempering, laminating and insulating. No edge deletion and special handling for IGU process.
The coating is hard, durable, with excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation
Neutral color, which provides a clear view of the products inside.
TEK 15 is the best solution to control condensation when there is minimal humidity.
When electrical heating is necessary for the glass door, the best option is the TEK 250, since it save the cost of using transformer. Besides the resistance can be customized in range of 180-250Ω/□.
TEK 10 or TEK 15 can also be used on heated glass door together with the use of transformer.

Soft coat LOW-E is the glass with a thin transparent metallic coating applied to its surface in order to reduce heat transfer by radiation. This coating
has very low emissivity and can reflect most of the heat energy, while allowing visible light to pass through.
Likeway have 3 series of LOW E glass for commercial refrigeration market: S1 series/D series/solarban, covering emissivity level from 0.02 to 0.06, visible light transmittance from 75% to 89%, can meet various demands for certain temperature fridge in different environment conditions.
